"He is a very good yoga instructor .He is having a vast knowledge of yogasan and pranayam. The good thing about him is explaining the benefits for yogasan while teaching us. Last two months I have been taking his yoga class and it has help me a lot in physical and mental well-being. "

"I was suffering from post partum complications, severe anxiety and depression and not able to sleep properly. Then i joined yoga classes and now m much more happy in my life. Am getting good sleep and my anxiety and depression is also reduced a lot. And for this i would really appreciate Chinmay a lot. "

If you do only yoga, it helps to reduce knee problems. If you do some functional training or fitness training to facilitate weight loss, there are possibilities to increase the difficulty. You can perform with the knee cap or knee band. It helps to support your knee joints.

It means the restraining of mind-stuff (Chitta Vrutti). It means when we sit quite or sit for practice in our mind, different types of thoughts arrive. Avoiding those thoughts and concentrate only on what we are practising or working that is the meaning of that sutra meaning.
