Do you think it is essential to learn Basic Photography before entering advanced levels.?

Yes, I strongly suggest to understand and learn the Fundamentals of Photography before taking up Advance levels. Basics Level covers, to get images how you see and vision and advance level covers how the same scene your camera sees and interprets.
