Sri Avinash Ramakrishna is an awakened teacher and founder of The Ahamo Movement. He brings us the visionary message of self - understanding, empathy, creativity and service. He is an Author, Teacher, Humanitarian and an inspirational spiritual guide.

For five years, Sri Avinash dedicated all his time to a rigorous and arduous practice of yoga & meditation, at the end of which he had a profound experience of self-realization. His tremendous understanding and insight is a result of this transformative journey.

Ahamo was founded by Sri Avinash Ramakrishna with the vision of helping individuals overcome the limitations of fear, stress, boredom and anxiety to move them towards inner freedom, love, compassion and service. Ahamo transforms the lives of individuals through the time tested systems of yoga, meditation, art and service.

Ahamo teaches individuals Pranava Kriya, one of the most powerful inner cleansing system to get rid of all the negativeness of the mind and the body. Through the power of sound and vibration, regular practice of Pranava Kriya restores vibrancy and balance, instills peace and tranquility, and removes fear and suffering. Ahamo also teaches a holistic yoga known as Ashtanga Yoga, a complete system of self-transformation, which in addition to dealing with the body, helps an individual overcome suffering of his/her mind.
