Recently I was hiring big-data professionals for my team and during interviews I find out that people are very good with bookish knowledge ,but when it comes to any practical exposure they struggle to explain there experience.
That give me an idea of How I can help such people .I have my own hadoop/spark/kafka/storm cluster & amazon account ,where guys can experiment and learn from scratch.Going through each and every component and developing modules(based on map-reduce, pig, hive, hbase, spark streaming) for them .
