CBSE is Central Board of Secondary Education whereas IGCSE is International General Certificate of Secondary Education. Students from any Boards can join IGCSE Board in the 9th grade whereas aspirants have to study in the CBSE Board from the very beginning so as to continue their studies up to 12th class.

IGCSE has a quite tougher curriculum as compared to CBSE. Also, IGCSE schools aren't run or overlooked by government, so they've a better administration and are also better maintained as compared to most of the CBSE schools.

Bhargav, you should do what you like and follow your dreams, before you land in UK do the following: Take lessons in Basic Java and Advance Java now known as JEE. Also learn C, C++ basics. Do learn basic in System Admin, CCNA or other Cisco courses this will get you part time jobs there so you can survive there.

Hi, there you have mentioned two different things. One is counseling for students..and the other is child psychology. For counseling you can go for Rao's books on counseling for a start. Child psychology is a specialisation and a different aspect of the field of psychology. I am not clear about what you mean by 'counseling for students'.

You have to read a lot of English books and start conversing in English. Even if you make mistakes don't panic, keep speaking in English. Watch English movies with subtitles to help you out with correct pronounciation and definitely attend a spoken English class to guide you with correct grammar and ask for your doubts. Class can be attended for short duration.

Hi., I refuse to believe you do not have anyone to converse in English with. To learn a new language or practice you do not need the others to be fluent in the same. It is you who needs to talk irrespective of whether the person responds or not. Of course it helps if the other person/s is/are fluent as you then get to learn the spoken form, vocabulary etc. But do not wait to find someone who is fluent in English. Start immediately with people you interact with on a daily basis. Tell them if you need to that you are going to converse in English and that it would be nice if they encourage you. All the best. «less
