Well,I'm varinder singh.I have recently completed my bachelor of education with english subject.Moreover,I use the natural method method as well as grammar translation method in order to teach the students.But it totally depends upon students.Apart from this,I have 6 month experience as a speaking trainer,and I have taught an old man how to speak in english.first of all,I figure out the problems of the students that what they need because some students don't need enough grammar,they only need an environment.Moreover,I can teach any kind of student whether they study in government school or private school.And I make sure that whosoever would learn english from me, he or she would be satisfied with my teaching.firstly,I talk a lot with students in order to know the interest of them because I make the students comfortable so that they can feel comfortable while learning english.Even I have met ample of students who were extremely shy,and they used to afraid of speaking in english.But I made them comfortable so that they could speak without any fear.
