I have been teaching yoga as advised by my Guru since 2004. He has a lineage of Vasishta style of yoga where the emphasis is given on proper relaxation & meditation. In 2010, I did a certificate course from SVYASA University Bengaluru, following my Guru's suggestion. I'm keen on participants' satisfaction when it comes to stress relief & with my Guru's grace, my skills in guided meditation have been allowing me to learn more while teaching. Thank you.
