I don't have confidence to face an interview. How can I gain confidence and improve my interview skills?

Go for a interview as if you are going to meet a friend who is on he other side of the table, wearing nice cloth, disciplined and going to ask something which you have worked on. And stop thinking you are going for getting the job because it will make you feel like " i don't want to loose this job, rather... ...more

And stop thinking you are going for getting the job because it will make you feel like " i don't want to loose this job, rather than i am sure i will get the job" then you become impatience, scared and end up going back disheartened .

I don't know fluent English, so I fear a lot to communicate with others. Then how to improve my communication?

Communication not necessarily means English. Main objective of any communication is to ensure the content is understood by the recipients by any means, including non verbal communication. English is no doubt become important communication language.

how long does it take to become an expert in giving presentation? pls let me know.

Always remember there is no fixed timeline to become an expert, because each day what you deliver is less then tomorrow, because you will always improve from your previous presentation each day...learn and keep moving ahead
