Suvashri Chakrabarty

Teaching has been a part of my life for the most of my life. It began naturally as I was the eldest amongst three siblings. As I embarked on my professional career on the completion of my masters and Mphil degree in English, I realized that I could do it effortlessly and with ease. My students were at their best in my company and my enthusiasm for my subjects was thankfully contagious. My stint in the US as a teacher was also very rewarding and enriching. I bond with my students to bring out the best in them. I have worked really hard for the past 22 years to erase my weaknesses and build on my strengths as a teacher.I try to provide tailor made assignments for students as I do not believe in "one size fits all" philosophy.
My students have almost always been able to accomplish the goals that they have set for themselves under my able and willing guidance. I believe experience is the best teacher and if I am armed with anything I am armed with ample experience along with the eagerness to transform the lives of my students and help them reach their goals.
Teaching English is my forte and my exposure in teaching English to Japanese, korean and Chinese women in USA has helped me hone my skills as a spoken English teacher. I have also successfully cleared BEC exams administered by the british Council.
I look forward to helping and transforming the lives of many more students in the future.
