- I started teaching Yoga before 2012. But i did not possess any certificate for Yoga. Then i opted for YTTC course offered by Gujarat University in 2012 and got certificate of being a Yoga Trainer. - I taught Yoga in well-known religious group for 2 years. - I love to teach traditional methods of Yoga. - I explain the theory followed by practical - My skills are: Good speaker, Good demonstrator - My Strenth: My inner voice and obedience of Yama, Niyama - I like to teach Pranayama most. - I taught to 35 year old guy. He was suffering from high Blood pressure, Acidity, Cervical Spondylosis, scietica, We practiced Yoga for 2-3 months, His illness got vanished. My next student were one girl and his father. Later i taught Yoga to 8 year old asthama girl student. It was nice experience to teach to them. - I have learnt as a teacher that listen to student's body and change the way of teaching according. - I travelled in 2014 to Taiwan to take sessions on Yoga for 15 days.

Hi, Please note that stress is a outburst of what is going on inside your mind. You may do following things for instant stress relief at your workplace: 1. Slow down your breath consciously. 2. Breath-in and breath-out very slowly for 5 min. 3. Try to sit by keeping your back straight as bent spine causes loss of cosmic energy flow. 4. Close your eyes for a few seconds and sit silently for some time. 5. Try to bend your spine by stretching out your hands. 6. Perform 5 rounds of Anuloma-Viloma Pranayama. It will quickly balance your Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous System which will throw out your stresses and make your mind calm. Thanks, Ronak
