Served as a key driver of the learning and development cell for nearly 5 years from 2009 in the tenure at Veeda Clinical Research (July 2005-Jan 2014)
Placed with the responsibility of conducting the following TRAINING Programmes in the learning and development cells at the following levels & timelines:
a. Soft skill and communication trainings and email etiquettes for entry level- Quarterly basis
b. Business communication & presentation Skills programmes for middle level employees- Monthly/Quarterly Basis and sometimes on demand as well.
c. Change Management programmes (Balance Score Card) for senior levels: May 2013
Training Programme details:
1) Conducted a training programme with around 17 modules on the Balance Score Card (A book by Nortan and Kaplan) for the strategic management team (L Level management) Veeda Clinical Research from May –August 2013.
2) Responsible for the implementation of a simplified programme of Balance Score card for the middle management for the upcoming year.
d. Exchange programme initiative of Veeda Clinical Research and Elon University for launching of various Management programmes and Clinical research communications modules in 2013.
e. Short span of Training with Torrent Pharma in the capacity of Assistant Manager- Industry based market research for entry level employees on a 6 monthly basis from 2003-2005
