I have completed my yoga certificate course under the mentorship of ms.hetal desai, a renowned teacher in bks iyengar technique. she was a direct disciple of bks iyengar himself. for the past three years i am practicing yoga and teaching to various students. my sincere dedication and bringing results according to the expectation of the students is my forte. i shall design the course according to the requirement of the students. iyengar yoga techniques are unique in a way that anyone can practice and master the art of yoga in a simple and easy way. no one is too old to learn yoga. for a better balance in life yoga provides the best way to people in all walks of life. make use of our country's ancient amrit called yoga and achieve your goals. i will enable you to master the same with my no nonsense and pragmatic approach.
