LEAN SIX SIGMA is an integrated approach with a combination of both the concepts - SIX SIGMA and LEAN MANUFACTURING. LEAN focuses on improving efficiencies by eliminating waste and SIX SIGMA aims to get rid of defects in a defined and stable process. The concepts and methodologies of LEAN SIX SIGMA are universally applicable to all types of organizations. The Training helps in improving the lateral thinking tips and will give you an edge from others in the crowd. Our Consultant has strong Process, Quality and Change Management experience in leadership positions. In his last assignment in HSBC he worked as Vice President - Business Excellence. Prior to that, he was Head of Quality for the Target Technology Services Team and successfully led CMMI ver1.2 Level 5 Maturity assessment. He also initiated the Lean Six Sigma training and set-up the overall Innovation framework at Target India Corporation. Vinay was Head of Quality for Hewlett Packard Global Business Center (HP Prime Centre) and led the organization to a seamless ISO 9001:2000 Certification. He has led multiple Change Initiatives as a Program Manager and Leader in multi-cultural and location scenarios solving complex issues.
Our Consultant is a certified ISO 9001:2000 Internal Auditor, ITIL Ver 3.0, Six Sigma professional and is a certified Trainer for Lean Six Sigma, Driving Change and People Leadership related subjects.
