LEAN SIX SIGMA is an integrated approach with a combination of both the concepts - SIX SIGMA and LEAN MANUFACTURING. LEAN focuses on improving efficiencies by eliminating waste and SIX SIGMA aims to get rid of defects in a defined and stable process.
