Present working with V-SOFT CONSULTING CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED as Contracts Executive. Major Roles and Responsibilities; Contract Negations, Contract Drafting, Contract Management, Vender Agreements, Client Service Agreements, employment agreements, Supplier agreements, Shareholders Agreements, MOUs, Addendums, Amendments and Purchasing Agreements, NDA, NCA, RTR, Refferal Agreements, Contracts Renewals, Multilateral Commercial Contracts, Conciliation with the Clients and Vendors.
During my LL.M course I prepared various Emerging Law Materials for the LL.M One year course students in NALSAR University of Law. I gained knowledge in International Commercial Business Contracts Drafting under UNIDROIT-Regulations, International Investment Laws, Laws, Infrastructure Laws, FDI, PPP, FERA and FEMA Regulations, WTO-Regulations, World Bank Regulations, Asian Development Bank, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), International Finance Corporation.
