"I have joined Antyodaya yoga Studio since last 6 Years means from beginning of Studio. I found good and polite behavior of yoga trainers. Yoga is not only exercise but it's makes physically and mentally perfect. I special thanks to Mr. Avdhesh Tripathi Sir and Mrs. Puja Madam. For help me full support for continues yoga. At a age of 68 years l am physically and mentally fit due to yoga. Antyoday yoga is perfect place in all over Ahmedabad. Yoga has cure my physical and mental diagnosis. So yoga became a part of my life. I thanks to dharmesh Sir. For polite attitude, knowledge able yoga trainer. Specifically Mr. Bharat Sir is very nice. His teaching skill is very excellent. In last six years I have found very good updation in teaching yoga in various Asana, Pranayam, meditation, panchkarm and other activities.
