Yes, For any language we need to start from basics. The better the foundation, the easier it will be to further improve your Japanese skills in the future. Joining classes either on line or getting trained by a professional instructor would be ideal. You can learn on your own but in the process of learning we make mistakes and for that reason we need a trained instructor to correct our mistakes.

Ice has a crystal lattice structure with the molecules arranged 90 or 180 degrees to one another. So there is minimal hydrogen bonding. These are key words you have to mention in your answer. Liquid water permits more hydrogen bonding and the cohesive action of these forces cause greater density

In Simple and easy words:-
1. As water is boiled, kinetic energy causes the hydrogen bonds to break completely and allows water molecules to escape into the air as gas (steam or water vapour).
2. When water freezes, water molecules form a crystalline structure maintained by hydrogen bonding.

3. Solid water, or ice, is less dense than liquid water.
4. Ice is less dense than water because the orientation of hydrogen bonds causes molecules to push farther apart, which lowers the density.
5.For other liquids, solidification when the temperature drops includes the lowering of kinetic energy, which allows molecules to pack more tightly and makes the solid denser than its liquid form.
6.Hydrogen bonding makes ice less dense than liquid water. The lattice structure of ice makes it less dense than the freely flowing molecules of liquid water, enabling it to float on water.

So, while you are learning French, you have to learn it with it's culture and limitations for example selection of words is very important. One can not just translate his thoughts in French because that's not gonna work.

This is an excellent question. lets start with the world's 2nd most-spoken language, English. people have a bad concept about the fact that American English is more stylish than British English. But if you read the origin of Celtic And Saxony languages, English was very different from the modern-day genre. People watch Hollywood and get addicted to words like 'wanna','gonna' without knowing the basic root of that word, let alone making a proper sentence. But to really learn a proper language, you don't need to simply read books or watch TV. One thing that you should constantly practice is speaking to yourself and your friends in the same possible style and accent in a different language every single moment. But if you are speaking French with an Australian, it wont help. only the originals know their own language better.
Regardless of your Origin, practice alone will change your accent automatically. Thank you. Here is an attachment for your better understanding. «less

Do analysis about what words if misreads, how many words & rectify it as a friend come tutor manner so that he/ she properly understand the difference b\w those words that sounds similar but are not in actual. «less
